What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo showing your pet's full body and face. Side or three-quarter angles are perfect. Blurry or very dark photos slow things down, but we'll ask for another if needed.
Do I get to see the design first?
Yes. Within 3 business days we email you the IsoPet artwork. You can request one round of changes for free. Nothing is manufactured until you say "go."
Are the toys safe for young kids?
Figurines and keychains are recommended for ages 6+. Plush pals are safe for ages 3+, with embroidered eyes and no small parts.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship 2–3 weeks after you approve the artwork. Rush production gets it to 1 week. Shipping is free in the US on orders over $50.
Can I order for a pet who has passed away?
Absolutely, and many families do. Include your favorite photo and any details you'd like us to capture. We treat these with extra care.
What's the Pet Passport?
A credit-card-sized collectible listing your pet's name, breed, colors and a unique IsoPet number. It matches the cards from the original IsoPets collection.
